  1. Sounds like Lina enjoyed this movie a lot more than I did. I mean I thought this was an ok movie but in the end I felt it was very mediocre. Hotel Transylvania was a lot more entertaining if you ask me.

Just so you know I took the liberty of nominating you guys in viewers choice for the 8th annual podcast awards. Didn't know if you guys knew about it or was even promoting it but it would be awesome to see you guys get nominated.

  8. I will definitely be seeing Taken 2: Electric Boogaloo although my expectations are pretty low. I'm most interested to see Frankenweenie this weekend. It's safe to say that Liam Neeson has TAKEN this 2 the Limit! GAMER!

  9. There were no Oscar caliber performances in DKR. When Michael Caine cried the first time, it was touching. But by the end of the movie, he had cried so much, his tear ducts were bleeding.

What was I expecting from DKR? I was expecting it to be as good as "Dark Knight".

Lina, you used to weigh 220? Was that 220 of muscle or 220 of cushion? You got pictures?

    1. I'm starting to think your Martin Berstein with comments like their was no Oscar caliber performances in TDKR. Are you serious? Regardless of some of the problems I had with the movie, everyone in that film acted their ass off. Gary Oldman and Joseph Gordon Levitt was exceptionally the best. The actors in The Amazing Spiderman wish they could of performed on the level as anyone in TDKR.

    2. I am not Martin or Drew or any of those folks. I'm "Muthaphuckin'" Thoom.

Of course every actor in DKR was competent and brought their "A" Game, but these were hardly challenging roles for them. I guarantee there won't be one actor nominated for their role in DKR, for either Golden Globe or Oscar.

btw, I thought the actors in Amazing Spider Man were every bit as good as the actors in Dark Knight Rises.
