In our first official review back we dive straight into Iron Man 3. Listen as we go over and explain is it the man that makes the suit or is it the suit that makes the man?
What up motherfuckers! I'm joking folks, but it's great to be back. Anyways I love this Iron Man film more than the other two.
Tony Stark is more mature and wise thanks to the team up with Avengers. This time around shit got real. The Mandarin and second vilain are fucking up Tony's life which was already fuck up.
I really like Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery / The Mandarin because The Mandarin is really complex and very boring character in the comic. So the twist in this was really cool.
Don Cheadle as Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes / Iron Patriot and Gwyneth Paltrow as Virginia "Pepper" Potts didn't have much to do, but that's okay because they got moment become badass.
Robert Downey, Jr. as Tony Stark / Iron Man acts his ass off in this film. RDJ is Tony Stark/Iron and he will be miss.
Overall this film is a good popcorn film and see a lot liking this movie. Yes their are some bad plot holes, but you'll stop caring about them real quick once see the last fight scene. Iron Man 3 is a FUCKING SEE IT!
Welcome back Mr One welcome Mr Hew. Hopefully some producer listens to the show cause i'd really like to see Martin Campbell's Ironman 4 I think he does a good job with launching heroic figures having seen his success with the Brosnan and Craig Bond flicks. Not so much the movie which shall not be spoken of(Green Lantern) All that aside I really like what Mr Hew brings to the show, just ignore the haters. Always a pleasure. Good day to you Mr One Mr Hew
Were you guys at all disappointed at the twist of the Mandarin? Also why do you believe so many people were upset with the twist? One other complaint I hear is that Guy Pearce's motivation was lacking, but what do you guys think?
I completely agree with you guys on this. This was an awesome movie and everything that was a so called "twist" was kind of explained in the movie. I thought everything that happened was a believable explanation and I was satisfied with the outcome.
This movie was hilarious! In fact, it was funnier than most comedies I've seen recently. I dug the Mandarin twist and all the character beats with Tony Stark. My favorite moment was actually with Don Cheadle when he had to reluctantly drag on to the Iron Man suit to fly up. His face was priceless. I agree, P1, Don Cheadle is one of my favorite actors. So many great comedic moments in this film and really impressive action.

ReplyDeleteI don't get how Gwyneth Paltrow was voted the Sexiest Woman Alive above my lovely wife Jessica Chastain.
